Cauliflower soup with carrot rolls – Blomkålssoppa med morotsfrallor

Hi all!
I’ve been spending all this weekend in a swedish town called Norrköping. A really nice medium sized town (in Swedish eyes, probably a small village for most of you) with a good character since they saved many of the old buildings in the inner city. I’ve been there in work, starting up a new health care clinic. But, I’ve been enjoying a lot of nice food during the stay as well. My question to you is: are you interested in smaller post about “what’s up right now” in between the ordinary recipe posts I usually make? Or should I start an Instagram maybe?
Anyway, during the time you think about the above mentioned, I’m enjoying this delicious cauliflower soup and my good carrot rolls. This time baked with durum flour instead of dinkel flour, still delicious! You can try different kind of flours in your rolls. It’s almost always a nice version! so donut be afraid to mix up new versions if you’re out of dinkel flour.
