Yesterday I made this fantastic chocolate mousse out a pretty incredible ingredient. If you just should have tasted it, you would never have guessed that the main ingredient is avocado. Don’t freak out now! I promise you, it doesn’t taste like avocado at all. The only thing it brings is the creamy and thick texture that you love in a chocolate mousse.
Even though this mousse is a lot better than the mousse made out of cream, it’s pretty high in calories, due to the fat in avocados. The positive thing about it is that it’s packed with good fat and vitamins, something you will miss out in an ordinary one, so that’s why I like to call it – healthy.
For one big portion you’ll need:
1-2 tbsp agave syrup or honey (honung eller agave sirap)
3 tbsp cacao powder (kakao)
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar (vaniljsocker)
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer to get a really smoot texture or if you don’t mind smaller chunks, squeeze it all together in a bowl. Put the mousse in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

I think that this one would be really good together with some raspberries and crushed cacao nibs
