Pasta with tomatoes and garlic

Hi all,

I know that I posted a recipe of pasta earlier rhis week, but since I made this fantastic simple version I felt an obligation to keep you up to date! This one is if possible even easier than a carbonara. Just 5 ingredients and delicious, wha wha whooom, no it’s not magic, it’s cooking and real food.

Here you go..

Spagetti for 2 persons
500 g cherry tomatoes (if possible in different colors to make the dish even more attractive)
1 pot basil
4-6 cloves of garlic
olive oil

salt and pepper

Boil the spagetti accordning to the instructions on the packaging. Chop cherry tomatoes into different sizes since it’s nice with some bigger chunks, chop garlic into thin slices and tear the basil leaves into big parts.

Heat some olive oil (pretty much) in a pan on medium heat. Add the garlic and let it fry for just a minut (not until it’s brown, just soft). Add tomatoes and basil and let it fry until you got a nice blend of tomatomush and hole chunks. Add the boiled pasta and mix it together. Serve it with some fresh grated parmesan.
