Smoothie

Since it’s almost weekend (well at afternoon today it actually is) I want to give you a tip about something really good (both for you and your taste bumps) that will bring a little extra to the Saturday breakfast. It’s fairly easy and it’s packed of good stuff! I’m talking about a nice, fresh, cold smoothie.

This one is really simple to do, just 4 ingredients.
Frozen banana chunks (like those you need for my guilt free ice cream)
1/2 dl coconut milk
1/3 dl orange juice (or one pealed fresh orange)
Some sweetening like agave syrup or honey

Put all ingredients into a mixer and mix until you get a nice, smooth texture. Pour up into glasses, why not martini glasses, and serve it to your lovely Saturday breakfast! What a nice way to make the breakfast more exciting and fabulous, simple and good!
