This one my friends isn’t a healty one, but OH my lord it’s so good! The sweetness, the though surface and the gooey inside, everything to make you happy! This pie is one of my childhood favorites. We serve it with some gentle whipped cream after a nice dinner or selebration with friends and family.

150 g butter
2 dl flour
2 dl oatmeal
2 dl sugar
1/2 dl cream
1/2 dl dark syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 can preserved apricots (about 400 g)
Melt the butter and blend it with all other ingredients. Pour it into a form and add the apricots on top. Bake it for about 20 minutes in 225 degrees Celsius.
