Breakfast rolls

This is amazing! It’s easy, so easy I’m almost embarrassed, and the rolls taste better than the ones you buy at the local bakery. The truth is the recipe below, and the time the lovely fellows get to work in the fridge.

With these rolls you got the ability to impress your family and nightguests, and give them a breakfast that they deserve.

Is there anything better than freshly baked rolls togheter with a cup of coffee in the morning? No, I don’t think so.

Here you go guys, enjoy!

Prepare the rolls the night before
25 g yeast
3 dl cold milk
2 tbs oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbs sugar
1/2 egg (use the rest the in the morning to brush the rolls with before bake them)
7-8 dl flour

Crumble the yeast into small pieces and blend it with milk and oil. Add the egg, and then the rest of the ingredients. Knead the doug for about 10 minutes (this will get them light and fluffy) and then make 8-12 rolls out of it, depending on how big you like them to be.

Put the rolls on a oven tray and cover them with a kitchen towel. Put the tray in the fridge over night (8 hours or more).

In the morning you brush the rolls with the leftover egg and put them in the oven for about 10 minutes in 225 degrees celcius.
