Put some salt and pepper on the meet and put them in a dish. Chop the onion into thin slices and it on the meet.
Now, lets make the sacue!
4 dl créme fraiche
3 dl cream or milk (or a blend of the two)
1 dl chinese soy
2 tsp sambal oelek (or more, depending on how hot you like it to be)
Mix the ingredients together and pour over the meet. Put the dish in the oven for about 1 1/2 hour in 175 degrees celcius.
Serve this lovely thing with potato wedges, a nice salad and maybe some gel if you like!
