Pita bread

This is so fantastic and easy so there is no longer a need to go to the grocery store just to buy some pita breads. The recipe I will tell you about is worth to remember, because it will be perfect to the pulled pork that I will make a post about tomorrow.

I don’t think that I need to tell you more about this, because what is more genuinely amazing than homemade bread? I get goosebumps and a happy smile just thinking about these freshly baked pita breads! Please enjoy and fill up your frezer, just to be prepered for the pulled pork that is coming up tomorrow!

10 breads
12,5 g yeast
2 1/2 dl water
1/2 tbs sugar
1 tbs oil
6-7 dl flour

Tear the yeast into small pieces. Heat the water until 37 degrees celcius and pour it over the yeast crumbles. Stir until the yeast blends together with the water. Add the other ingredients, but save some flour for the baking. Let the dough ferment for about 1 hour.

Put some flour on the worktop and roll out the dough to 10 pita breads, about 1 cm thick (0.4 inches). Bake the breads in the oven in 275 degrees celcius for 5-8 minutes.
